Setup and additional costs
The initial connection fee is agreed before setup. Data cleanup, imports, onsite training, custom work, domains, SMS, WhatsApp, payment-provider charges and applicable taxes are quoted separately where needed. External services are enabled only after configuration and agreement.
More students or branches?
Tell us your required capacity for a custom proposal. Student allowances cover active enrolled students across the included branches; archived history is retained. A capacity change never deletes existing school records. Existing schools keep their agreed terms until a new proposal is accepted.
Published prices are subscription guidance. The signed proposal confirms capacity, modules, support scope, connection fee, taxes and renewal terms. Requesting a demo creates no payment obligation.

Is the public demo a real school?
No. Shapla Model School & College and its records are fictional examples. Use sample information when trying it.
Can I try the teacher and student portals?
Yes. The demo guide links to the school website and all three portals, with one-click entry into your browser's sandbox.
Can I bring existing school data?
Use the dedicated demo request to discuss your existing records and migration needs. Scope and validation are agreed before migration.
What happens to my public demo changes?
They expire at the start of the next hour in Asia/Dhaka. Export or print them before that time. Dedicated demos are arranged separately.
