A predictable, private space to try school workflows
Hourly schedule
The server worker runs at minute 00 of every hour in Asia/Dhaka: 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and so on. Activity and data entry never move this deadline. Expired sandboxes are inaccessible immediately at the boundary, even while the worker finishes deletion.
Visitor isolation
Admin, teacher and student portals in one browser use the same private demo database. Another browser has different records. Clearing cookies loses access to your existing sandbox until it is removed at reset.
Restrictions
Passwords, account administration and security settings are locked. External messages are simulated, while payments and external integrations are disabled. Uploads are limited to approved file types, 2 MB per file and 20 MB per sandbox.
Export and print
You may use panel exports and printing. The demo banner also offers an export of permitted records for the currently signed-in role. Save your downloads before reset.
Browser storage
Form drafts are optional and expire with the same server hour. Active pages clear them at reset. A closed browser cannot execute a timer; expired drafts are cleared when the demo is next opened.
Dedicated demos
Dedicated demos are arranged by the ERP team with a separate scope and retention period. The enquiry form is stored independently from the public demo and does not reset hourly.
