How we handle demo and enquiry information
Public demo information
Use fictional information only. Each browser receives a separate temporary school database. Demo records and uploads expire at the next clock hour in Asia/Dhaka. Public demo passwords cannot be changed.
Cookies and optional drafts
An essential host-specific session cookie and an opaque demo visitor cookie connect you to your sandbox. Optional form drafts use local storage in that browser, never passwords or access keys. Open pages clear drafts at the reset; closed browsers clear expired drafts on the next demo visit.
Dedicated demo requests
Your name, school, contact details, student count and requirements are saved for authorised ERP administrators to review and contact you. These requests are separate from the hourly public demo. Connection addresses are hashed for request limits.
Access and removal
Use the dedicated demo form to ask the ERP team about your enquiry or request its removal. Your production school data arrangements, access and retention must be agreed separately before onboarding.
Exports
Files you download or print are stored on your own device and are outside the public demo reset. Keep them secure and remove them when no longer needed.
